1. About Finasim

Finasim (“the Service”) is an AI-powered financial simulation and decision-support platform. Finasim provides tools for modeling the long-term financial impact of decisions using Monte Carlo probability analysis and artificial intelligence. The Service is operated by Finasim (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Not Financial Advice

Finasim is a simulation tool, not a licensed financial advisor.

The projections, Decision Scores, AI insights, and recommendations provided by Finasim are for educational and informational purposes only. They should not be interpreted as personalized financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of future performance. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial advisor before making significant financial decisions.

3. Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account
• One person or entity per account (no account sharing)

4. Subscription Plans

Finasim offers the following plans:

• Free: 3 saved scenarios, 10-year projections, 10 AI calls/day, 3 templates
• Pro ($49/year): Unlimited scenarios, 40-year projections, all templates, Monte Carlo, PDF exports, advanced AI
• Couple ($70/year): Everything in Pro, plus 2 user accounts, shared profiles, and joint simulations

Subscriptions are billed annually. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Finasim for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Resell or redistribute Finasim services without authorization
• Abuse the AI system with excessive or automated requests

6. Limitation of Liability

Finasim and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of (or inability to use) the Service, including but not limited to financial losses based on simulation outputs. All projections are probabilistic models and not guarantees.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
